SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping. Specific timelines are noted on each product page
- Custom Orders: Production time varies by complexity and will be confirmed at time of order
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship throughout Europe using trusted carriers including GLS, PostNord, and other regional services.
- Denmark: 2-4 business days
- European Union: 4-8 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer:
- Free shipping on orders over 1750 DKK or 300 EURO
- Competitive rates for all European destinations
Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
- EU Customers: No additional customs fees
- Non-EU Customers: You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items may be shipped separately to ensure you receive available items promptly. You will only be charged shipping once.
Order Changes
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to European countries only. If you're located outside Europe and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@eviselle.com
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at [your email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
